Organising your wedding can be stressful. After all, you want the day to be perfect, and there is a lot to think about. That’s where our experienced and dedicated events team will be invaluable.

We make everything as easy for you both as possible. We’re flexible and do all we can to cater for your wishes and ensure everything runs smoothly for you and your guests, whether you have an intimate celebration or are joined by over 150 people!

Here is a rundown of how things will work:

Book an appointment with one of our events team on 01473 652761, email weddings@hintleshamgolfclub.com or use the contact form.
Come along to the club to meet us and tour the venue. This is your chance to discuss menus, arrangements, entertainment –anything and everything to help build your wedding package.
Review venue availability.
If you should like to book, and the date is available, be sure to also check the same date is available with the Registrar. Click here for Registrar offices and contact details. Note that your wedding application can take 28 to 70 days to complete.
Book the Registrar before paying your deposit to make sure they are available.
Confirm your booking with Hintlesham Golf Club and pay your non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
Book to meet the events team closer to the big day to finalise arrangements and coordinate tasks leading up to the wedding.
On the day, a member of the events team will be on hand to ensure everything runs as planned.
